Client Task:
PYE Properties asked us to produce a series of high-end 3D renderings for an “Г-shaped” mixed-use building in Brighton Beach. The goal was to visualize retail spaces, medical offices, a daycare center, rooftop playgrounds, and the private parking lot.
What We Did:
– Removed overhead train tracks for a cleaner marketing view;
– Added realistic street life: pedestrians, retail activity, and luxury vehicles;
– Showcased retail, medical offices, and daycare across three levels;
– Expanded the sidewalk and visualized cars entering/exiting the gated parking area;
– Designed a colorful rooftop playground for the daycare, fully integrated into the renderings;
– Delivered 3 final 5K photorealistic renderings in 9 business days.
